Our Speaker Series continues with Dave Marquart sharing his WWII radio and equipment collection and how each works.

Dave became interested in military electronics in the late 1940s as WWII surplus became available. That’s when his amateur radio hobby and collection took off. He used this knowledge to assist the USAF as Idaho State Director of the Air Force Radio program. As well as State of Idaho CAP communication director.

He will share radio equipment used in various aircraft and ground units, including receivers/transmitters in bombers and fighters.
