Our new Global War on Terror wing is open! Plan your visit now!
We are deeply honored and thankful for all our generous donors who helped us raise $3.3 million for the Global War on Terror expansion project over the last four years.
We are incredibly grateful to Mission43 and the J.A. & Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation for helping close out this project with their donation of $200,000.
This Iraq and Afghanistan expansion complements the other hangars of the museum in a big way and will serve as a rally point for veterans, their families, and our community for years to come.
Thank you to everyone who donated – we hope to see you soon in our Global War on Terror wing.

When my daughter and her family came to visit in March, I made sure that I took them to see the museum. All of them enjoyed it. I was hoping to show them the Bird Dog but unfortunately it wasn’t being displayed. Hopefully next time. All the volunteers are great and are so willing to help you out with questions.
Many thanks to the Warhawk Air Museum for reminding us what a privilege it is to be an American, and the immeasurable debt we owe to those who fought, and died, to preserve our freedom. Museum curator Lou Bauman is truly a National Treasure. The reverence and affection he holds for the subjects of his exhibits is touching and infectious.
Our family is fortunate to have had Lou curate an exhibit commemorating our father, Al Baker’s career from his time with the Flying Tigers in China, through his command of a squadron of F-100 fighters in Viet Nam. His is one of many stories so beautifully presented at the Warhawk, and our gratitude to you, Lou, is beyond what we can express. – The Baker Family
