Kilroy Coffee Klatch: Idaho’s largest monthly gathering of veterans!
July 2 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
The Kilroy Coffee Klatch was started by a handful of Veterans looking for a place to share coffee, donuts, and stories with other Veterans. Since then Kilroy has grown into the largest monthly gathering of Veterans in Idaho!
Our Kilroy Coffee Klatch meets the first Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. and is FREE to any and all veterans! The general public is also welcome; regular admission charges will apply. Coffee and doughnuts will be served. No RSVP required. We hope you will join us!

July 2, 2024:
Our guest speaker will be Charley Taylor.
In the summer of 1975, while serving as an A-6 Intruder instructor pilot with VA-128 at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington, Charley received orders to become a Catapult and Arresting Gear Officer aboard the USS Enterprise (CVN-65).
Thus he began his “Tales of a Cat Officer” in what has been referred to as the most dangerous place to work in aviation.
Join us as Charley shares his two+ year journey working with some of the most dedicated sailors in the Navy. Learn about the systems that put a 75,000-pound aircraft into the air in 300 feet in less then three seconds.
Ready for more Kilroy Coffee Klatch?
Watch previous Coffee Klatch’s on our Kilroy Coffee Klatch page. We have selected videos of the event starting from December 2010 available.
Please note: Admission is only FREE for Veterans who attend the Kilroy Coffee Klatch. Admission will be charged to those who simply wish to visit the museum during that time (without participating in the Coffee Klatch).
